10 Endurance CrossFit Workouts to Improve Conditioning

If you want to get into CrossFit and need a little motivation, or if you are into CrossFit already, These endurance CrossFit workouts offer a wide selection of W.O.D.s to test and develop your Core and condition in a wide variety of ways.
For the beginner, we have included something to ease you into it; each CrossFit Workout incorporates options for intermediate and beginners, so they fit everyone.

For time:
Run 800 meters
Then, ten rounds of each in series:
Ten handstand push-ups
Ten single-leg squats
Run 800 meters


For Different Difficulty

The aerobics actions between the running need strength, skill, and endurance. You can decrease the volume or change the moves to ensure you do not stall in the Ten-round aerobics pairs. The reps are performed unbroken or in no more than two sets.


Intermediate Alternative
For time:
Run 800 meters
Then, ten rounds of each in series:
Six handstand push-ups
Ten assisted single-leg squats
Then, run 800 meters


Beginner Alternative
For time:
Jog 400 meters
Then, ten rounds of each in series:
Ten knee push-ups
Ten squats
Then, jog 400 meters
